Secondly, care and control must be applied throughout the construction process. We therefore have our own team that plans, supervises and controls all the different companies involved in the construction of our buildings.

A fundamental element of successful execution is the companies who undertake it. We therefore always choose our suppliers from among companies and professionals capable of precisely carrying out the work commissioned, and who share our philosophy of focusing on satisfying our customers’ needs.

Another aspect that we consider fundamental in achieving a quality construction are the working conditions on the site. Both the safety co-ordinator and the occupational risk prevention services we have contracted monitor the health and safety of the workers in order to avoid accidents and control the working conditions. This is an essential condition for guaranteeing the optimal execution of works and thus the quality of the end product.

Today it is essential to consider the sustainability of buildings. We therefore use materials that are geared towards environmental sustainability from both a building and energy standpoint. All our constructions now collect heat by means of solar panels.
